Salesman Christian Massen and Finance guy Walt Sellers could'nt have been more helpful and knowledgeable. A month after I bought my '09 Sportster 1200 Low, I discoverd the front brake pads were quite worn, I called Christian who put me through to Doug in your Service Dept. who told me to bring my bike in immediately if I could. After a nice 40 minute ride from Middletown to Mike's Famous, my bike was brought in the shop within 10 mins. and mechanic Jeff installed new brake pads in 10 minutes! "I won a HD in a charity raffle that was purchased from Mike's. The group I won the bike from didn't have much information for me about the bike, how to complete the necessary paperwork, etc. I called Mike's and spoke to the Salesman that sold the bike Scott Hall.
I talked to Scott on the phone and through emailed and he told me to come down to take care of the paperwork. I asked him if he would go over the bike with me since I knew nothing about it and he was more than happy to spend close to 45 minutes with me while I was waiting for the finance representative. Mind you, the dealership already had their money and really didn't owe me much more than the completed paperwork and to show me the door. Scott was more than happy to talk with me about the bike, some cleaning tips, and got me set up with the parts guys to get a cover for the bike.
Once the finance representative arrived the process of completing the paperwork was quick and easy. I didn't have to do anything but sign my name where applicable and JT handled the rest. She is a doll and a true professional. She gave me so much information on HOG membership, all of my sales, registration, and title paperwork, and answered any questions I had. She then took me to meet the lady that runs the clothing section and just made my experience at Mike's just that much more pleasurable.
It was worth the hour drive each way and if I lived closer I'd get all of my work done at Mike's. If you live nearby and want to buy a HD or get service I'd recommend this dealership in a heartbeat."

"After waiting 35 years to buy my first Harley, my dream came true in August 2009.
On a rainy Sunday afternoon, my wife and I made the hour drive to Mike's in New Castle. Scott Hall introduced himself and our buying process began. I was convinced as I walked in that I wanted a Heritage Classic. After many questions, Scott made the recommendation that I would be happier with a Road King. We discussed his reasoning for that and he asked me to sit on a Road King Classic in the showroom. It was as if the bike was made for me. 3 hours later I was the proud owner of a 2005 Road King Classic.
Since then, I have ridden the bike round trip to Myrtle Beach and put almost 7000 miles on it. After waiting as long as I did to buy my first Harley, I can say this without reservation----Owning this Harley is even better than I had hoped it would be!! Scott was exactly right. The Road King is the bike for me. In my opinion, Scott's experience, product knowledge, and professionalism are second to none.
The Service Dept. is also outstanding. Earlier this week I brought the bike in to add some chrome. Kevin took my appointment, Dennis did an excellent job installing, and Doug followed up with me. My appointment was on time, the job was done right, and it cost me what they said it would. Doesn't get any better than that. Speaking of Doug, he took the time during the first open house this year to teach me about the security system on my bike. And he didn't laugh at me (much)!!
I have also had the opportunity to meet Christian of the sales team. He is extremely knowledgeable about motorcycles and a genuinely nice person. He's always a pleasure to talk to.
Then there's Alexandra. Always smiling, she has made buying hundreds of dollars worth of helmets, leathers, jewelry, etc. actually pleasurable! She has always greeted me with a cheerful "Hello" when I have walked in the store and she always remembers my name.
It's the people that make a business relationship work. I have referred 2 personal friends that have bought bikes here and will continue to refer my friends. And even though it takes me at least an hour to drive to Mike's and I pass several other Harley dealers on the way, I am a Mike's Famous "Customer for life."

"I was buying a bike from a local dealer when I showed up they sold it. That was it. My buddy and I spent about 60 grand there. I called Christian at Mike's in New Castle and he said to give them a try. I did and I could not be happier. I bought a full custom Hardtail for 10 grand. The 110 motor and 6 speed is great. We raced my buddy's 05 Sreaming Eagle Vrod with it and I was shocked at the power. It could not pass the Vrod but it hung on the back fender. This is an awesome bike for a great price. "I traded in my 2009 Road King on a 2010 Road Glide last Sunday. A friend and I decided to go to Mike's Famous because it was too cold to ride, its fun to H-D shop and we could eat lunch there. "It's been a month since I bought my Road King Classic and I'm still on a high. I recommend Mike's to all I come in contact with because of the great prices, how friendly EVERYONE was, how informative and helpful EVERYONE was, and how much fun I had. If you want to look, go to Mike's, if you want to buy, go to Mike's....now. That's coming from someone who wasted alot of time looking around for six months and visiting 5 other dealerships. Talk to Lou Haagen in sales. He made things happen no other salesperson could or would. The only downfall I can think of is they have Steeler and Raven fans working there but who am I to judge. "If I could Rate the folks Higher at MIKE'S FAMOUS, it would be a 1000%. They are an INCREDIBLE group of Guys & Girls. I can't say enough about their sincere assistance. Customer Service would almost be an insult. They treated us like a Part of their Family! We are Truely GREATFUL TO THEM. They took care of us in what could have been a fatal problem. Our 1995 Ultra threw a Wheel Pulley during the 2007 9/11 Memorial Ride from PA., to DC, to NY. The Bike threw the Pulley coming off I95, Del. We pulled into their garage, and immediately they tore the Bike down & found the Problem. They were on the phone & computer, late Saturday, looking for the part needed. We rented a 2007 ElatraGlide & caught up to the group just outside of NY. We realized & appreciated our Girl, alot more, finding out that the 2007 just was not as comfortable as ours, & how many extras we had forgotten about. Although 6th Gear was Sweet. Monday morning they found the part, & had one of their employees pick it up on her way in to the Shop. The part was located in New Jersey, at least 60 miles away. The Guys & Girls of MIKE'S FAMOUS ARE JUST AWESOME. We are from PA. & I don't know of any of the area Dealers that would go so far out of their way to help like they did. OUR SINCERE THANKS TO THEM, THEY OUR A FAMILY. "

"I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about purchasing my first Harley from a dealer. Given it was a used bike I was really nervous. Boy was I wrong! It started with a no pressure sales rep, Amy who seemed to "get" exactly what I was looking for in a first Harley to invest in, to Vern who took great care to allow me all the time I wanted to look over the bike and fully test it out, to the quick Service Department to make the bike "ready for me", I could not say enough good about all of you.
